So 3 weeks to go !

August 15th, 2008

So just 3 weeks left of the summer holidays readers…..I hope you are all still having fun and thank you to all the readers who have contuinued to comment during their holidays.  I have acquired some new books for reading club they are based on the plays of William Shakespeare and are very readable in fact I think all readers of whatever age should read them first before they attempt to read the Elizabethan English scripts….a little knowledge goes a long long way!

Summer wordle fun!

July 31st, 2008

I have just learnt how to take a screen shot and I thought I would share it with reading club!

What words could we add to this reading vocabulary mix let me know?

So it is hot ! hot! hot! time to sit down and relax with a good book….and there are no shortages of good books to read

Why don’t you drop me a line about your summer reading……tell me what books are keeping you cool in this heat.  Right now I am reading…. The Catcher in the Rye…..very good book.
